Only 5km were missing to brake the 500km in (allmost) straight line in Archeopterix!
By Peter Eicher the 25th of October in Australia, with a cloud base of only 2100m
And the same Archeopterix , the 17th of November, with Marlies Eicher at the controls made a beautifull 326km FAI triangle ! it’s a world record, done by a woman ! holder of the class 2 world record is Robin Hamilton with 302km in 2009… Unfortunatelly she didn’t applied for ratification. And 8 days later she made another 305km FAI triangle 😀
Could those good pilots take part to the World Championship in Annecy…
