Last sunday, BBQ at Villerupt airfield with the Aéro-club Nord Lorraine. Many ultralights and airplane pilots who came from all around.
Great demo with my Swiftlight: aerotow by Edouard with our trike, release at 900m, weak thermals, difficult gildes regarding the strong North wind, approach, then at 100m above the airfield I caught a strong +3m/s, and a few minutes later I reached 1700m 🙂
O proof of what you can expect to do with an ultralight glider in flat land.
