Aspres airfield in the southern french Alps is on the way to become a permanent ultralight gliders base.
5 Swiftlight pilots flew or are flying here at the beginning of June: Wolly from Germany, Ken from Ireland, Phil from England, Phil from Australia, and Jac the local french pilot.
From July 2014 there should be continuous aerotowing operations (to be confirmed), so as training flights in twin seater gliders with AAA aeroclub.
And from July the 26th till August the 2nd, a training course week by Avia Airsports with his Swift twin seater and their flight instructors.
Great fun flying together in the wonderfull southern Alps playground 😀
